Spooktacular Halloween Doughnuts

Jack-o’-lanterns glow from our neighbors’ porches, cobwebs hang in dusty strands from the rafters and costume stores are popping up everywhere. This can only mean one thing — Halloween is right around the corner.

So gather ’round, ghouls and goblins, because we’ve got a Halloween dessert recipe so good you won’t believe your 👀.


  • Powdered mini doughnuts
  • Chocolate chips
  • Gummy ring candy
  • Red decorating gel


  1. Spread out powdered mini doughnuts onto a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Draw “blood vessels” onto the mini doughnuts with the red decorating gel.
  3. Place a gummy ring candy over the hole of the mini doughnut.
  4. Squirt some red decorating gel on the tip of a chocolate chip and place it into the center of the gummy ring candy.
  5. Enjoy!

Don’t let your icing blood vessels melt! Stick these eyeball doughnuts in one of our refrigerators to hold the icing’s shape until it’s time to trick-or-eat!
